Mr Subhas Chandia Bose, who conferred with Gen. Koiso, the Prime Minister of Japan in Tokyo on November 4, declared that since the formation of the Indian Provisional Government last year, the Indian people throughout Greater East Asia had consistently worked to marshal all the available resources at their command and to help the Japanese expedite the realisation of the common ideal. Now that the war had already entered the most decisive phase, continued Mr Bose, the Indians were redoubling their efforts so that the destruction of the enemy might be brought about at the earliest date.
