Posted full reply to your letters. My advice therein is irrespective of Pandit Pant’s Resolution and in view of diametrically opposite views held by two schools of thought, you should forthwith form your own Cabinet fully representing your policy. You should frame and publish your policy and programme and submit the same to AICC. If you secure majority, you should be enabled to carry out policy unhampered. If you do not secure majority, you should resign and invite AICC to elect new President. Given honesty and goodwill, I do not fear civil war.
